ANA Blue Base is where ANA staff are trained in realistic airport and in-flight settings that closely replicate real working environments. In the lobby lounge, you can enjoy learning about ANA's history and work while you wait for the tour to start.

Pass through the departure gate and follow your guide—an active ANA staff member—into the dedicated tour zone on the 3rd floor.

Visit Japan’s largest airline training center and see how ANA prepares its employees:
- Ground Staff
- Cabin Attendants
- Ground Handling Crew
- Cargo Staff
- Maintenance Technicians
- Pilots
* Live training may not be in session at all times.
* No photography allowed.

Experience takeoff and landing from the cockpit through Microsoft HoloLens 2, a holographic mixed-reality device.
* Children under 13 will use a tablet to view the same content for safety reasons.
* This is a simulated experience—no actual cockpit seating is involved.
Dress up and strike a pose as an ANA staff member at the “Experience ANA” photo area—perfect for capturing a memorable moment.
